The plastic recycle dryer machine is for the plastic washing recycle line, the plastic recycle is crush, wash, dry and collection. this machine is to make the wet washed plastic falkes or films dry.the dirty water and the addition dust and oil is remove after this machine, the material that there will be dry and easy to do the storage and the use for the different way.

Features:
The machine consists of the following main parts: spindle, spindle motor, discharge port, rotor blade, inner stainless steel screen, outer cover, electric box, feed hopper, feeding motor, reduction box, feed screw.
1. The eighth generation plastic pellet dewatering machine uses the advanced vertical dewatering machine structure, which is highly efficient in dewatering, saves electricity, and is more convenient for sewage recovery;
2. The internal blades of the dewatering machine are all simulated by computer. The blade distribution and angle are scientific and reasonable, the cutting force is high, and the contact with the material is small. It can ensure the smoothness and integrity of the material, and it will not cause damage or loss to the plastic particles. The limit improves the working efficiency of the dehydrator;
3. The main shaft adopts a solid imported alloy steel column, which is never deformed, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant;
4. The left and right side doors adopt double-slot base, no sewage overflows to ensure the workshop is clean and convenient for mechanical sewage recovery;

1.The capacity results we tested is proceeded by hard PVC flakes and final moisture is around 0.8%.

The Dehydrator is a device that separates the moisture contained in the material by means of spiral, push-up,and separation and dehydration by high-speed rotation.
